M79 debut album needs your help to blast off!

M79 are a five-piece electronic funk-rock dance band from Castlemaine / Dja Dja Wurrung country in Victoria, that cruise the sonic freeway of love and groove.

Briega Young and Lisa Mills deliver the sass with punchy lyrics and velvet harmonies, while Euan Williamson slides in hot licks, tight beats and soul vox. Telford Scully crafts sic beats, keys, slide guitar and vocoder, with Bradley Dawson driving the bass and holding the funk.

M79 have rocked Castlemaine’s Spring Ball, Theatre Royal, The Taproom and Shotkickers in Melbourne and are currently playing a one-month residency at The Bridge Hotel.

They are now gearing up for recording their first album - and they need your help to make this possible.

The funds will go towards sound recording, mixing and mastering with a pro producer - to get favourite songs like Pretty Cute, Funkalution and our namesake banger, M79 out to our fans who are wanting our music to take home.

The funds will also enable us to produce some merchandise and other promotional material.

Each person who supports us here with a donation of $20 or above will receive a digital download card for the finished album.

Those who donate $50 or above will receive the download card and an M79 tee shirt of their choice and size.
