This last year since graduating high school has been an endless limbo of me attempting to glue torn pieces back together, in order to appear as someone who had it all figured out. Being stuck at a dead-end job with most of my friends gone away to college lead to me living day-to-day captured within discouragement, until Wave Conference 15’. On the first night of Wave Conference, Steven Furtick gave a phenomenal message on God’s promise. I was completely overwhelmed with God’s presence as Furtick said “God has something for you and for your life but you are stepping over it trying to get to what you want and what you think is best for you.”

In that moment I realized that if I leaned on him, he would lead my life. I needed to apply for Wave Leadership College.

             My dry season came with many hurdles, but God didn’t give me anything that I could not handle. Words cannot describe how much wisdom and maturity I have gained in this last year; the reward by far out ways the cost. Now I begin preparations for a new adventure.

My goal is to raise $10,000 to put toward bible college. A big goal for a much bigger God.
