Hello Everyone. I'm Nathaniel (or just Nate), a 27 year old trans man. I've been out as trans for about 7 years and have been on T on and off for 5. I lost my insurance 2 years ago so that kind of put a halt on transitioning. I just recently was able to start again after almost 2 years off. 

I was trying to save for top surgery on my own but certain circumstances happened and I lost all that and its been very difficult to put anything back into my savings for it. I work full time but other bills and medical things have taken away my ability to put anything in actual savings. 

My dysphoria with my chest has been getting worse over the years. A lot worse. And I really want to fix that. The surgeon I have chosen is Dr. Kenneth Wolf in Michigan. I'm hoping to be able to pick set a date for surgery, making my life a hell of a lot better.
