Vinnie was attacked Monday night while playing Pokemon Go in downtown Winston Salem. He was robbed of his electronics and and beaten severely. He is currently in ICU with multiple facial fractures, some of which they fear my affect his vision. Aside from all of the bruising and abrasions, he also has bleeding in his brain. After further testing today (Wed) we will hopefully know more and hear good news. He did wake up a little yesterday and was able to speak briefly and give a thumbs up, but he is in extreme pain and has to be sedated after a short time. He's got a long way to go to recover. As family and law enforcement give permission we will release further details. We hope to help offset some of his expenses while he is out of work and to replace his valuables that were taken, as well as to help family(many of which are from out of state) be able to come and be by his side .
