Richard Chad Downs left work at about 4:00 pm friday 02/06/15. He hasn't been seen or heard from since. This is very out of character for him. His family need to be able to pay their bills until he is found.

Chad is missing in Louisville, Kentucky. I am Chad's sister n law and I am in West Virginia. My heart is breaking for his family and wife, this is the only thing I could think of to do for them. She will be needing assistance with their bills until Chad is found.
