Ashley Bowen Chaney’s Journey to Healing

On June 3rd, Ashley Bowen Chaney was admitted to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. After undergoing a series of tests and a right craniotomy, she received a life-changing diagnosis on June 13th: Primary CNS Lymphoma—a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer.

Ashley’s treatment began immediately. She will complete four intensive rounds of the MATRIX Regimen (a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy), along with intrathecal chemotherapy, followed by a stem cell transplant using her own bone marrow. In between treatments, Ashley will be transferred to an inpatient rehab facility to help regain strength and mobility.
