I need help

Most of you know I was in the hospital for a few weeks. Things aren't getting better. I've been diagnosed with diabetes, my vision has been severely impacted, which means I can't work until we fix what's causing the problem.
I go in tomorrow morning to have biopsies done. It really doesn't look good. I am seven days late on my rent, and got my eviction notice today. My water heater is broken and they're going to shut the water off to my trailer because of it.
My internet is past due and they're threatening to shut it off. I have never been more terrified.
I'm hurting and I need help.
I hate asking. I really do. My Repub half-brother, who is all the family I have left, can't be bothered.
I applied for a no interest short term loan, they said they'll be in touch in 3-4 weeks.
I called Catholic Charities, they only accept calls, and I'm not kidding, between 8:00 A.M., to 8:10 A.M., one day a month.
I don't know where else to turn.
