I created this account in behalf of the Brazell family, as they just lost their beloved father, husband, grampy & brother.  He was everyones friend. Whether he knew you or not, he always wanted to make everyone around him laugh. He was a family man. Hes always had the most positive, optimistic attitude even in the worst times in his life. Mike Brazell ( the great mikey b as he would call himself) underwent a double lung transplant at Mass General hospital 2 years ago.  He was given a certain amount of time to live a normal life.  Out of the last 2 years, he has been in the hospital for 90 percent of that.One week ago, He decided enough was enough and that he wanted to stop all the lung rejection meds & come home on Hospice to spend the time left with family and friends. He left his front door open all day long for people to just walk right in, take a seat & have a laugh. NEVER ONCE has Mike let that effect his personality. Hes always been so happy even in the darkest times. Today, mike passed away & The last thing he said to me was how proud of me he was & i will never forget that. His family is now left with the financial burden of preparing a service & cremation. Mikes wishes are to be cremated & for a dinner to be held at a local hall in celebration of his life & the love he had for his family and friends.  This is what he wants. The family is struggling financially, mentally & emotionally.  They are on the verge of losing their home with two young children, health insurance ect,.. & now to pay for mikes services on top of all of that, is going to be very very hard for them without some sort of help. So i am reaching out to anyone and everyone- PLEASE keep the Brazell family- Amanda, Dale, Patrick, Dylan & Sadie in your thoughts and prayers. & PLEASE consider donating to this cause because they could really use some help right now.
