Our house flooded - We need help to get back home

We bought our home, our first home, November 8, 2018. Our entire house and all of our contents got destroyed on February 23, 2019. After throwing all of our belongings into dumpsters and having everything we own brought to a landfill it was time to tear up the carpet. When we took up the carpet my foot went through the floor in one of the bedrooms. Under the carpet was mold and rotted joists and rotted subfloor. Then the walls we had a contractor come over and he took a hammer to the top of the wall down to the floor. And when he done that he told us it was completely wet and molded all the way up. So he said our house had to be completely gutted, so him and a couple of his guys and friends and also my husband went to the house and completely gutted our entire house. All that has been done is the front and back of my house torn off and plywood put up and back band replaced and he replaced the joists but not the back bedroom and some of the subfloor is put down.  And now SBA Disaster Loans came down to our town to help and we got approved but not for enough to fix our home so now we are in the loan modification stage and they say it will take 6-8 weeks just to see how much they can help with so about 2 months waiting on that and then we can find someone to work on our home. We are having trouble getting a contractor because everyone is saying it will be almost $100,000 to fix our home. We only bought our home for $65,000. So now we are going to still have our mortgage, plus another huge loan to fix this mess and then our other loan we have for our cars (which was also messed up in the flood but we didn’t have comprehensive insurance, only liability so we have been driving them til they go out). So now we just go by and check our mail every day and we have to see our house sitting without anything being done to it. We have 3 kids and we are all sleeping on air mattresses at my brother and sister in laws house until we can get back home. We still have to pay the electricity to keep it on over there, we still have to pay the mortgage, Comcast is still making us pay them and we also help with half the water and electricity bill where we are staying now plus our storage building. It is a struggle daily and I am having a hard time trying to figure out what to do because it seems like we can’t get any help with our situation. We just want to get back home and get back to our normal lives. We miss our neighborhood. We lived next door to our cousins, down the road there is a kid that our kids loved to play with too and we have amazing neighbors all the way around and every time they see me they tell me how much they can’t wait for us to be home. We want to go home also! So please if y’all can help in any way we would appreciate it. Thank you for any help! We are desperate to get back home!
