Life Church Mission: Nicaragua

Hey there. Thanks for visiting my campaign. My name is Levi Adema. I'm a senior at Patrick Henry College in Purcellville, Virginia. I'm working my way through school, paying for everything myself, and God had the audacity (sarcasm) to call me to go on a missions trip to Nicaragua in January of 2016.
I currently attend The Life Church in Winchester, Virginia. God has blessed me immensely through The Life Church, and has been calling me to things greater than myself because of my time there.
As a working college student, money is incredibly tight. When God first placed the idea of the trip to Nicaragua on my heart, I thought it was impossible and cruel. I couldn't pay for that. But as time went on, as I continued to pray and seek Him, it became increasingly clear that I needed to go.
The trip will center on reaching an orphanage in Nicaragua among the Mosquito people. They are an indigenous people group to Nicaragua, found in the eastern half of the country. Several years ago, The Life Church began a partnership with The Verbo Church in Nicaragua. Their goal is to help assist with ongoing efforts to impact The Casa Bernabe Orphanage and communities in and around Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua.
Nicaragua is a third world country and the second poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere(next to Haiti). Puerto Cabaezas, Nicaragua is on the east coast of Nicaragua. We base all operations and lodging on the Verbo Church property which also houses the Casa Bernabe Orphanage.
