This fund was set up to fund a trip to Disney World for the Schnebergers. It hit goal within 24 hours due to the generosity of all those that love Jake, Susan and Blake. They have been blessed to be able to experience some Disney magic ! I have had some inquires about helping with medical expenses so I decided to update the page.
