Hello,

We have a family in our Mendon Community who needs some help as they go through a very difficult time. I am hoping we can come together and lighten their burden. 

Candice Hoff is 43 years old and she is suffering with Polycystic liver and kidney disease. She is for the most part bedridden almost 20 hours a day, accept for a monthly trip to the Mayo clinic in Minnesota for treatment. Her husband Joe now works from home and cares for his wife and their 3 children. Candice's condition will not get better. She is now in process of waiting for a liver transplant.

The money raised will be used to pay out of pocket medical expenses as well as any travel expenses, to and from Mayo Clinic that aren't covered by insurance.  There are some home modifications  that will be made to better accommodate Candice's needs ensuring her comfort and safety.  And the Hoff's will also use the funds to pay for a nanny to help take care of their children.

I am hopeful that we can join together as one team and work towards the goal of helping a very special woman and her family during this difficult time.
