Cahir is a 10 month old boy born at 24 weeks premature with chronic lung disease, hole in his heart and tube fed. Cahir spent 135 days in hospital before getting home to be with his family. Dad is the sole bread winner and is self employed. There are 2 other children in the home. Mum had to travel every day on a bus to see Cahir when he was first in hospital.

In total Daddy has been off work for 7 1/2 months to support mum with the 3 children and loss of wages and now they find themselves back in the same situation once again.

Cahir is currently back in hospital finding it hard to feed and mum is unable to leave the hospital day and night.

Christmas is approaching, bills needing paid and the family need your help. It took a lot of courage for this father to agree to do this he is a proud man.
