After my Daddy passed away in 2015, his family refused to give us the Original copy of the Will & refused me as his daughter. 
They were receiving notices of past dues on the house taxes (obligated to pay as stated in the Will, however if they declined, the payments were to be made by us), but never communicated the debt. 
Now my mom and I are under threat of losing our house.

Im currently taking steps to probate the Will and stop the foreclosure immediately, however, we only have 3 days to pay the lawyer fee in order to submit the paperwork.

This family took everything from this man, his Social Security money, his rights as a human being, and treated him like an animal under his HIV status. 
He legally adopted me and as I am his heir, it’s my duty to make certain all these debts are paid, but under this 2 week notice I just received, I left California overnight to help my mom in Texas. 

Friends and family, please please help us pay this attorney. She’s certain she can help us, but I just need to make the rest of this money as soon as possible. 
We have until Monday to send the forms.
