Hi,

Penny is our 4 year old happy, hyper husky. A small bump on her leg has grown and been determined to most likely be Hemangiosarcoma. Penny desperately and urgently needs to have surgery to remove her leg at her hip.

She is currently having blood work done, as well as chest X-rays and an abdominal ultrasound to make sure this has not spread anywhere else .

I would never ask anyone to donate when it would cause a dent in their grocery budget, or anything that could be felt keeping up with bills and life expenses... I am just hoping if everyone could check their cupholders, couch cushions or purse bottoms for the spare change. The nickels, the quarters, the dimes and especially the PENNIES.

We will begin rolling what we have in our big water jug here, while maxing out our credit cards.

We come to you humbled, scared, and sad. No one wants to ask for help, especially us. This has happened at a difficult time for us with a job change and a lapse in regular income.
