help me grow my fingers & toes !

This is my niece Juiliana who was born with Apert Syndrome. its a Genetic Craniofacial and Limb Disorder. Juiliana's hand are fused and her feet are webbed. Her surgery is scheduled for this coming May.  Also she has had surgeries in these past months.  Please help support Juiliana's family for medical expenses for her upcoming surgeries. It's highly appreciated.
