Our beautiful 3 year old boy, Levi, has been diagnosed with lazy eyes (amblyopia) and needs corrective eye surgery to help him see properly. Without it, his vision could worsen over time but with treatment, he’ll be able to experience the world clearly and confidently as he grows.

The total cost of the surgery is $9,000, which sadly isn’t covered by Medicare or private health insurance. As a family, we’re doing everything we can, but we’re reaching out for a little help to make this possible.
