Disaster Fund for Laura Tompkins

Hello everyone. My name is Valerie O'Brien, and as some of you know, my sister Laura Tompkins has had a stroke of bad luck . She had recently moved into an apartment complex  a few weeks ago, exausting all of her funds and resources just to get in. The roof collapsed at this apartment complex last week, leaving Laura displaced. At this time it looks like it will be several months until she can get back in to assess the damage to her property. Though we are extremely grateful she wasn't hurt, there is a strong possibility her property will not be salvaged at all. Laura is in need of our help.

For those of you who know Laura, you know she is a "first responder" when anyone is in need. She is kind, caring, and compassionate, and has been with me through a most difficult time in my life , as I am battling cancer. She has come to the aid of many, and now it is our turn to help her if we can.
