My name is Dana and the dog mom to Oakley and Squid. Oakley turned 15 years old this past June and over the last year his body and mental health have been declining. He has lived a beautiful life and he now is suffering from dementia, weak hips, trouble standing and walking, bladder control and simply seems scared and confused most of the time. I’d like to have an in-home euthanasia but it costs about $775 for the procedure and then the ashes to be returned in an urn. It will be hard for me to pay that alone and I feel weird asking for help financially but I figured any little amount will help to make sure he can go to doggy heaven in his home. As I know others don’t have funds to share there is obviously no hard feelings if you cannot add to the charity.
