I've set up this page to help Hana's family with her funeral costs. In the early hours of the morning on September 25th Hana passed away after her brave fight with cancer. She was a warrior until the end and peacefully closed her eyes with her Nan, mum and sister Becky by her side.

Many people have reached out offering their help and support which I know will be gratefully received at this time.
