Andrew Perez was critically hurt when a vehicle pulled out in front of his motorcycle in Wichita KS resulting in him being airlifted to Houston for life threatening surgery. He has since been stabilized but will need more surgeries in the future. This a respectful request to donate to assist his family with medical, lodging, and travel expenses while in Houston.

Thank you for your time, prayers and consideration.
