Today February 26th of 2015 I received a call from one of my best friends, Micaela Lopez. She called to inform me that there was a fire at her house and unfortunately her mom passed away in the fire. As i sit here with tears running down my face because I know exactly what she is going through, I wish I could take the pain away from her and her family. Her mom was such a caring person and had a tremendous heart. When I was younger, I remember going over and her cooking for us. She always saw me like family and treated me like it too. One thing, I will never forget is her smile. She could be in pain but no matter what she always had a smile on her beautiful face. Help me, help a family in need. She has a wonderful husband, two sons and daughter whom she left behind.
