About 1 month ago our family was hit with devastating news. My 24 year old nephew Jacob was diagnosed with stage 4 testicular cancer which has now spread to his lungs. Anyone who knows Jacob knows he is a bright soul who loves to laugh and just loves life. He loves his job as a first responder but more importantly his family and friends. Jacob is loved by many and has been getting so much support from all who love him.

Right now, Jacob is facing a tough road ahead. Between treatments, doctor’s visits, and the mountain of medical bills that come with cancer care, the financial strain has already become overwhelming.
