It is with a heavy heart that my brother Tony Montalvo has suffered a massive brain aneurysm that caused significant brain damage and is currently on life support. 

On May 14th, his daughter found him unconscious and was rushed to the hospital. After undergoing emergency surgery, the doctors discovered significant brain damage. The likelihood of him recovering to a normal life was highly unlikely.

We were told it would be a 2 week period before they can determine what kind of recovery was possible. Unfortunately, Tony took a turn for the worse on May 16th and suffered a stroke, which caused further brain damage.

The family has decided to stop life support and let God determine his fate. We know this is what Tony would have wanted and we ask for everyones prayers.

This fund will be used to cover any burial expenses and the remainder will go to his daughters, Chelsea and Chloe.
