Support Mohammed's Family in G@za Crisis

Hello, my name is Julissa Espindola and I am from California. I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my family friend and the intended recipient, Mohammed and his family located in Gaza. I will be sending all raised funds to his bank account which is under the bank of Palestine.

His words and description is down below:

My name is a Mohammed. I'm in my twenties and from Gaza. I used to live in Khan Younis, in the southeastern part of Gaza, with my beautiful family. But danger follows me and my family because of the war and the collapse of Gaza's infrastructure. We were forced to flee our home and now live in a tent, without shelter for my family.

The story is long, but in short:

I always dreamed of becoming a successful photographer on a global scale, and I promised myself never to give up on anything that came my way. Thankfully, my family gave me enough support, and I was ready to commit to that promise. I scored 66.9% in my high school exams and decided to study accounting at Palestine College.

I started my studies, and it felt like the beginning of my dream coming true. I loved the thrill of accounting and finance—everything was falling into place. I used to share my daily activities and work through accounting equations. I even had a source of income from accounting and financial work.

But the occupation destroyed our dreams by demolishing them. Nothing remains of those landmarks—only rubble. Nothing remains in life but the hope of surviving the war.

My college was bombed and destroyed as well.

I had only two years left to complete my studies and start building my career, working at a private Palestinian bank. But my dreams were shattered.

Now, I continue in the field of photography, sharing my experiences on my personal Instagram page—documenting displacement, the war, the bombings, and the destruction of homes. I currently live in a tent in Khan Younis.
