Help me purchase a Transforming Mobility Scooter

As some of you may or may not know, I have been dealing with CRPS for quite some time now. CRPS is a neurological disease which effects the brain, but not limited to the entire body. I personally have it full body. Needless to say, I have been battling this disease for many years. Through out those years it has robbed me of my health, my ability to work and as of late my mobility has suffered. It is to the point that I can no longer get around on my own like I once had. The simple things are now huge events. Anyone that knows me and my character is aware of the fighting spirit I possess. I'm not a person who asks for help. Coming to the realization that I now need help getting around has been a hard pill to swallow. Due to the progression of this disease I'm looking to raise money to try to get a portable mobility scooter to assist with my daily life. For the first time I'm looking to my friends to help me achieve this goal. I'd like to thank everyone who donates or even takes the time to share this in advance!
