Sunday, April 9, 2017 is a day that has forever changed the lives of our family. On this day, we lost a son, we lost a brother, we lost an uncle, we lost a partner, the love of our life, but most devastatingly Haley (7) and Ryder (3) lost their Daddy. It was an accident that changed EVERYTHING for Shawn, Shannon, Haley and Ryder.
God placed 2 special people into the path of our lives, we know these men as Our Angels. These Angels saw the accident and selflessly went into action. They were able to save the lives of Haley and Ryder before the car engulfed in flames. Shawn did not survive, but I know that his only concern was his babies would be saved. The Good Lord answered and sent his angels to rescue the children.
Haley is out of ICU but still at the hospital healing from her injuries. Ryder was released yesterday but will also have a very long road to recovery.
This unexpected tragedy will put an enormous amount of financial burden on Shannon and she needs our help!! The unexpected bills, loss of work, food, rent, utility bills, these are just a few things...the list goes on. They have a very long road ahead and so much healing to do, I don’t want “money” to be another stress in their lives. Let’s show Shawn how much we LOVE him!!!
Every little bit helps….Even if it is just what you would normally spend on a lunch, a cup of coffee, a pack of smokes….. $5, $10, $20…. Lets come together for Shawn and take one less worry away from Haley, Ryder and Shannon!
