Support Amy's Family in Crisis

My name is Amy and my family and I are in a rough spot and don't know where else to turn... I am disabled and cannot work, my husband just had back surgery and has yet to be released back to work. Our bills are past due. We are currently facing eviction.

We have a teenager and a one-year-old who are desperately in need of clothes, shoes, diapers for the little one, and school supplies! We are struggling when we are only getting in my social security, which isn't enough for anything! Anything would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
