Hi, my name is Jay and I am a university graduate fundraising to go through gender affirming surgery. I have been on my transgender journey since I was 13 and have always known that top surgery would be a goal of mine. I have recently been put on an NHS waitlist for my local GIC, I'm sure we are all aware that this will be a (very) lengthy process (upwards of 25 years!). Due to the high cost of doing this privately in the UK I am choosing to go abroad for the surgery.

The funds will be used alongside my personal savings on the surgery, as well as travel and accommodation for me and a friend to accompany me. Every little helps and I will be eternally grateful as progress on this journey has been long overdue! Thank you :)
