Dear Friends and Family

Everyone who knows Joe, will tell you that he has a smile that you can't forget! That he's the one you can always count on, rely on and trust.  We all know that life can change in an instant.   But what we didn't expect was that a tragic, life changing event would involve our beloved friend Joe.

Joe's suffered a catastrophic accident that caused a traumatic brain injury in October 2014.  The injury not only effected the frontal lobe portion of the brain, but the injury was so severe he lost vision in one eye and and has only partial vision in the other.  In addition, he has to relearn many life skills, and his speech and motor skills  (both fine and gross reflexes) require daily instruction./therapy.  Joe has been receiving speech, physical and occupational therapy for the last several months in the hospital.

It is now time for the next steps in his recovery, unfortunately, his insurance has been exhausted.  We are searching for the help we need through this website because Joe needs further treatment.  In order for him begin this new chapter in his life, he needs our support.  Healing and rehabilitation is the key to regaining his life back.

We are asking you to help us give Joe a second chance at an independent life.  Being able to  give back Joe's independence would mean the world to him and to us.

We love him beyond words and want him to have every opportunity at a wonderful life.
