My wife Ly has been dreaming of gender affirming top surgery for years, and I am proud to say that they finally got the operation last month! It was a great success and Ly is feeling healthy, happy, and confident in their body. Thanks to everyone who supported them along the journey so far!

I'm grateful that Ly was able to get the surgery without paying in full as this was not affordable to us. Though you can't put a price on feeling comfortable in ones own body, we are left with a lot of debt to pay off.
