Hello everyone,

I am setting up this GoFundMe to help get my son a used MacBook with an M2 chipl l for not only his 14th birthday on 9/21 but also for his schooling. My kiddo is enrolled in multimedia classes and has a passion for DJing (dubstep), graphic design, coding for gaming, and music producing. He currently has a Chromebook, and literally nothing has been compatible software-wise, and an old Windows 7 he got from Goodwill for $4.

I have spent the last year of my life volunteering my time DJing in the community for long hours in the freezing cold and supplied DJ gear to throw events donation-based and only received a grand total of $9.00, $5 of which went to the original person running the shows, so I received $4 in the past year. Donations just weren't happening. I was hoping my PLUR community and friends and family could help pitch in something to help me get him his laptop for schooling. Even a nice used one should get him through high school and all his media training.

I am drowning in credit debt purchasing DJ gear as startup costs to start a mobile DJ business and do renegades as well as any indoor event where equipment is needed. After I pay for the gear and normal living expenses, nothing is left over, and I missed a month of work due to a move and medical appointments because, as some of you know, I haver very serious injuries from the pfizer shot and I've had trouble securing gainful employment due to it and have relied on gig delivery driving.

Anything helps, and I'm hoping that all my dedication to the community over the last year that the community would bless my son and help him secure a MacBook.
