Lyons Family, Help save our home

Donation protected
Sometimes in life you run into hard times, you get thrown a curve ball wheather it be temporary or permanente due to a disability.  Michael and Olivia have run into those hard times and are having a temporary financial hardship and need your help to save their home from foreclosure. This home was to be our life-long family home to have family cookouts, Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, and a place family can come home to. So please help us through this difficult time so we can save our home.

The past few month have been very tough to say the least. In summary, on October 2016 I was laid off from my job. A few weeks later I was admitted to the hospital for pulmonary embolism (Blood Clot) in my left lung and am currently on blood thinner medication. Due to my ongoing nerve degeneration I filed for disability for (ET) Essential Tremor (similar to Parkensens). On Christmas Eve my wife was rushed to the hospital for chest pain and released, only to be readmitted 3 thee days later to find hart and lung  abnormalities and other issues she is still dealing with. In January 2017 she was in an auto accident totaling her vehicle and sending her to the hospital with numerous chest and leg injuries for which she was out of work for over a month. She is seeing our family doctor, still in pain and on medication. Not to mention her decades long battle with type 1 diabetes.

I am currently laid off. I am collecting unemployment compensation and to bring in extra income I started driving for UBER and LYFT while I look for employment. My wife is working but with my reduced income we startrd to fall behind on our bills. Together, reduced income and the  emergencies and other unexpected situations mentiond earlier we fell behind on our mortgage.  I reached out to the Mortgage Co.(Wells Fargo) for assistance. I was offered unemployment assistance. The trial period ended February 2017 and the bank re-evaluated my case.  During the re-evaluation process I had to submitt all my income and expenses.  on Feb. 18 2017 I was denied my case for modification or to extend the short-term unemployment mortgage assistance because Wells Fargo reclassified me from being unemployed to underemployed because of the uber and lyft monthly income of $328. I was no longer eligible for their unemployment program.  I recieved a letter Feb. 28 stating I had 30 days  pay my back payments plus any additional monthly payments and late charges to bring my account current or face foreclosure on our home. We will need roughly $8,000 to stop  the foreclosure process and cover unexpected expenxes and legal cost.

Trying to make ends meet we reduced oue expenses as much as possible. Started driving more for uber and lyft. The income is helping but time is of the essence. Credit issues and being unemployed makes getting a loan more difficult as we have exhausted all known avenues of assistance taht we are aware of. I am still actively seeking employment and by the grace of God I will find a job soon.

You never know what life has in store for you, I ask for your support with a contribution to help us bring our mortgage current so we can stay in our home, our family home.

Keep us in your prayers as we will be praying for you because everyone is going through something good or bad and need the Lord.

Thank you and god bless.
