Lynnebissen

On Monday July 8th, 2019, my coworker, Lynne Bissen experienced a seizure at work, where she cares for others as a nursing assistant.  She was rushed to the hospital where imaging revealed a tumor in her brain. On July 30th, she underwent surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible. Further testing has led to a diagnosis of a stage 4 glioblastoma, an aggressive type of brain cancer.  Lynne is now in the initial stages of radiation and chemotherapy, and we want to help her family during this difficult time. Just before this incident, Lynne and her family were in the final stages of purchasing their first home, and have since moved in. Lynne is a wonderful caregiver, friend, and long time partner to Nate, but most of all she is a loving mother to their 3 boys, who are her absolute pride and joy.
