Flight school tuition

I have always been fascinated by planes, I've always wanted to fly one. I can remember as a child there was an old fighter jet that sat in a playground near my house. I would go and play on it, and pretend that I was flying even though the cockpit had long since been filled in with concrete. As I grew up my love for aviation continued to grow, and my desire to fly became more powerful. For most of my life I put my dream to fly aside. I didn't know that I could learn privately how to fly. I became an avid air show watcher and took jobs that got me close to planes. I was lucky enough to start working for an airline. i also have been lucky enough to be able to talk to some of the nicest pilots in the industry. These guys were so gracious to talk to me and tell me more about flying and how I could get started. I started to look into flight schools in my area. I was warned by several people to be careful of who I chose as my instructor, because many are just looking to build up hours and would drop me in an instant for something better. I got a little discouraged. But, I got lucky and found an amazing instructor that I trust and want to learn from.I have since enrolled in the ATP flight school located in Oakland, CA and have realized that I will need help in paying my tuition. Without help I am afraid that I will not be able to continue with my schooling to get my pilots license and subsequent rating that will qualify me for getting a job in the airline industry.

In April of 2013 i took my first flight over Half Moon Bay, CA and since that flight i have taken a solo cross country flight and have been learning and trying to perfect the performance maneuvers that I will need to demonstrate on my check ride.

Any contributions will help me with my ongoing flight training and studying. I know that its going to be a long road to achieve my dream but with your help i will get one step closer.
