Hello!

Our dear friend Lyndsay is about to undergo a hip replacement surgery on June 17. Lyndsay is a single mother to a sweet 5 year old daughter, and this necessary surgery will leave her unable to work for 6 to 12 weeks during her recovery.

Lyndsay's doctors have tried many other less invasive treatments over the last year, but as her daily pain mounted and her limp worsened with the passing months, her doctors finally conceded that surgery and a full hip replacement were necessary. Really, we are so grateful this surgery is finally here! The promise of walking, standing, and moving pain-free is so close!!

Lyndsay's hardship will be in her recovery. Her doctors have instructed her to avoid bending and to severely restrict her activity following the surgery. Because her job requires her to be on her feet 8 hours a day, her doctors have told her that she won't be able to work for the 6 to 12 weeks she recovers.

Lyndsay is the sole income for her beautiful family, so, in hope and faith, we are asking for your help to carry this family financially through the coming weeks. Lyndsay will have to cover medical needs, rent, bills, childcare, and basic necessities while she's out of work. Your generosity will help this mother and daughter survive until Lyndsay can again provide for her family.
