Lynda Mayo's Memorial Service
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Emma Sharp and it is with immense pain and sadness that I am announcing the passing of my grandmother, Lynda Leann Mayo. She went gently in her sleep in the early morning hours of Mother's Day, on Sunday, May 14, 2023.
Lynda, or Gynna as her grandkids knew her, had a truly beautiful and unique soul. She loved every single person she knew and she made sure they knew it. Her family meant everything to her. There's not a single moment that went by that she didn't think about those she loved. Even when life was at its hardest after her son passed away and all of her medical issues, she kept her head up and kept making plans. She was excited to be around those she loved and she couldn't wait to see life as a means to a triumph.
She will be sorely missed by everyone who ever loved her. Her presence will always be remembered within her family and out of it, too.
We plan to have her cremated so we can spread her ashes with those of her late son, my Uncle Daniel who passed a couple of years before her. We know that not everyone will be able to help us out financially, but if you could share this GoFundMe with others, maybe we can find people who are able to donate. We appreciate every bit of help that we can get.
If you'd rather, you can also send your donations directly to Skyvue Funeral Home in Mansfield or to my mother, the one who's paying, on Zelle or Apple Pay: [phone redacted]
Make sure to hug those you love extra tight next time you see them. Have a blessed day.
