Help Lynda Krinke Fight Against Breast Cancer

Donation protected
Lynda Krinke: the ultimate superwoman,
wife, mother, daughter, and friend to so many, was recently diagnosed with TNBC (Triple Negative Breast Cancer) after her remission of almost 10 years of Advanced Breast Cancer (10 year Anniversary was in May 2020).

She is a woman who is constantly supporting others and putting other peoples' needs above and before her own. She believes in everyone she encounters and always has a smile on her face! These are traits I try to emulate everyday because of her.

After her initial diagnosis and fight years ago, Lynda worked endlessly to maintain optimal health. After 9 reconstructive surgeries,  she remained positive through her many preventative daily perscriptions, complications, pain and frustrations in her quest to keep the cancer from reoccurring. She  has never stopped fighting and never gave up on the life she wanted because of this disease.  Some see her glowing optimism and lust for life and would never know she went through such a debilitating disease in her life.  I am proud of my mom as she took responsible measures to be tested frequently and was thrilled to have clear tests throughout the years and in recent months, and seemingly out of no where...... this cancer arose. It was truly devastating and a complete shock. My heart is breaking. We are a pretty private family when it comes to this situation, but I feel in order to facilitate the best chances for my mom, I need the community I know I can count on and believe in her to help me.

This cancer developed quickly and aggressively as a mutative form of Cancer that is very rare in survivors and individuals that do not have the BRCA gene.  After the devastating news of the diagnosis,  I realized I needed more support and more action in order to support my mom and aid in her survival in this fight. I never want her to feel alone or as though there are no more options. She always taught me to never put myself in a position to say, "What if I did? What if I had tried harder or differently or maybe changed my perspective? What if I had the power to change that situations and it could have turned out differently? Did I give this my all and my best?"

My goal in creating this fund is to help her maintain a sustainable quality of life , ease her pain, and continue her life for as long as possible. So I am looking for your immediate help. I can't do this alone.

Her diagnosis was on November 13th, and the medical team at Kaiser will be starting chemotherapy and radiation consecutively  starting this Friday 11/29.  Prayers would be greatly appreciated! For those of you unfamiliar with Cancer treatments, it is very rare to do both procedures at the same time. She will be receiving at home chemotherapy 1x a week at home, and every 3 weeks at Kaiser while also undergoing radiation.

This intense 6 cycle treatment schedule will be incredibly hard for her to endure (treatment will end in May). As her daughter, I want to try to give her as much as I can and reach out to the community that I know loves and supports her. My mom has always strived to make people feel safe, secure, and seen/heard and of course stylish on stage! So rather than flowers or cards at this time: any monetary support you can give to this fund would help me to keep my mom  fighting/conquering this horrible disease and beat it. No one should ever have to battle a disease of this severity twice in their life... I know more than ever she needs an emotional, mental and physical community praying for her and being there for her! But as her daughter I know, I need help accessing additional care to help her longevity.

This fund will be going directly to the treatment team at the New Center for Healing in Irvine, Ca as well as any treatments that can be facilitated at the City of Hope. I have heard amazing success from these centers,  however, they do not take our insurance. The quotes for her treatments were astronomical. To be quite honest, close to 50K, and that was me averaging 1/4 of the treatments she would need on a weekly basis through the month of February (her birthday month!)

This team has suggested tri-weekly infusions, weekly additional therapies,  daily medicinal treatments, and so much more to help her survive not only her aggressive cancer, but the insane amount of radiation and chemotherapy she is going to be enduring.

Chemo is chemo. It destroys everything in its path, but because this is not a hormone related cancer, it will attempt to eradicate all healthy cells and imbalanced cells in her body alike and therefore cause harm to the organs and other healthy parts inside of her that do exist on the macro and micro cellular level. The treatments funded by this outreach are supplemental and supportive to help her not lose the vital organ function, cognitive and neuropathic abilities she needs to fight. One of the most important reasons for these therapies is to help her keep all mobility in her arms and legs, and you know how much she loves theatre and dance! I know we can all come together to keep her dancing into her eldest of years.

I am reaching out to my friends and family because I know she is not just my mom. She is a friend, a voice, a person, and an entity that has changed and impacted your life in someway and continues to make life beautiful everywhere she goes. I know that she will be forever grateful for more chances to live and fight through this. While she is a private person, I will not let myself contemplate doubt with "What if I had set up a fund". She taught me better than that, and she is someone who asks for so little and is so genuine. I want to be able to say, Thank god I did and thank you mom for that life lesson and always teaching me "It takes a village".

Thank you so much for helping me be able to provide for my mom, any contribution you can make would be amazing.

Love Always, Jordan
