Lyma Mowgli is going home with me❤️

Before leaving home from Indonesia I went for a walk on the beach. In the distance I saw a sweet looking dog, she was very skinny. Somehow I always carry some dogfood because there's a lot of dogs who need help here. I sat down with her while she had food. When she finished the food I wanted to leave but then I saw she couldn't walk and needed help.

I tried to help her with my sarong as a leash hoping we could find somebody who owned her, soon I realised she needed care from a vet. I reached out on instagram if anyone in the area could help me. I had to leave her behind so I could go get my bike and a box to see if I could transport her. It took me half an hour walk and a scooter ride when I came back she was still there. After seven hours of waiting and the help of some beautiful stranger the pet taxi picked us up and we could get her to the vet.

She probably got hit by a car or bike and her hip turned out to be fully dislocated which she needed surgery for. Ofcourse I went through with it to give her a fighting chance. As soon as she chose me on the beach to trust and curled up in the shadow with me I already realised we are connected now. She was already seen by Streetpaws who tried to get her and some local people have been seeing her before she got hurt and have been trying to help her because she was so skinny. She's already surrounded with so much love because of her gentle soul.

She will need more medical care and I have found a foster home where she can stay while we get the adoption process in order.

That's where you come in. There's a bunch of medical care (surgery), foster care and if the flights and travel to the Netherlands. If all the bills are paid and there's left overs it will go to a local dog shelter or rescue organisation.

Travel for Lyma with me to the Netherlands around €2500,-
