In late March Lyle Bennett was hospitalized with breathing issues. Within days we had to medivac him to Providence Medical in Anchorage as his breathing continued to deteriorate. He was intubated for three days but has since been recovering. Since then he has continued his slow recovery at Providence with Carol at his side the whole time. We are working on getting him Medivaced back to Petersburg Medical Center to continue his recovery. He has been diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis so we know this part of his recovery will take some time. The family is asking for some help with medical expenses.
