"She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her." Proverbs 3:15
Dear Family and Friends,
Megan and Michael gave birth to their beautiful baby girl, Lylah Rose Ash on February 20, 2017, and at the same time said their goodbye to her. Megan had a normal, healthy pregnancy, and they were excited and happy to be planning for the birth of their daughter. Giving birth to their first baby girl was supposed to be the happiest experience in life that unfortunately, ended in an indescribable and enormous loss of Lylah Rose due to severe placenta abruption. Megan and Michael shared their time with Lylah Rose ever so unselfishly with their closest family.
Lylah Rose was born at 7 pounds 4 ounces and 20.5 inches long. She has Auburn hair with red highlights as the sun shined upon it, long giraffe-like legs, just like her momma; Her beautiful small lips look just the same as her daddy’s and her chubby cheeks reminisce on her big brother Jameson Russell.
Those of you that know Megan and Michael know that they do not like asking for help, so some of us are asking for them. They will soon face stacking bills and the hardship that follows with laying Lylah Rose to rest. Your donation will help give them the support they need to have time to process, grieve and to attempt to help after experiencing the worst event that could ever happen to a parent. There is nothing that can be done to ease the pain that comes with such an unexpected tragedy. They will never stop loving, missing and grieving for the loss of their beautiful Rose. We ask that in lieu of sending flowers that you donate to this fund and the family respectfully ask that they have this time to grieve privately; leaving any comments or words of condolences here on this page of the go fund me. Again, we appreciate any and all help that can and will be provided to make this very difficult time a bit easier.
“There is not a day that passes that I don’t sit and cry, and look to Heaven for a reason but still I don’t know why. Couldn’t he have waited another year or two, until you were a little older and I’d had more time with you, Forgive me, Lord, I then say, All these thoughts are wrong, there had to be a reason and I know I must be strong. You’re in the arms of Jesus now and I know that you’ll be fine, but I wish with all my heart that those arms could be mine.”
“Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God." Mark 10:14
