Beginning at an early age, Jane first displayed what would become her lifelong passion for teaching young children.  She would carefully line up her dolls one by one in her family home and gently instruct them.  After graduating high school, Jane attended Concordia Teacher’s College in Seward, NE, where she earned her teaching certificate.  She began her career as a kindergarten and elementary teacher in a church school, teaching children the love of their Savior. 

Teaching was Jane's most beloved occupation.  To honor her memory and continue her life's purpose, donations raised will be earmarked for  Parkland Lutheran Church's School Tuition Fund, enabling children to be provided with a quality Christ-centered education .  Our goal of $6500 will pay for one child's education for the year.
