Anna & Daniel's Vaulting Double '15
Donation protected
Hello everyone!
We are Equestrian Vaulting athletes, Daniel Janes and Anna Erickson with the Warm Beach Vaulters in Washington. This summer, we plan to travel to Europe to compete in an international competition known as a CVI, held in Ermelo, Netherlands. We will be performing our Pas de Deux which is the event where 2 vaulters present a 2 minute choreographed routine together atop a moving horse.
We have been performing as a pair for two years and quickly discovered that this type of vaulting is the most physically demanding out of all other events, but is equally as rewarding. Through trails and victories, we have grown to be a strong team and are humbled by the oportunity to follow our dreams to Europe. The funds we are raising will cover the costs of travel, horse use, competition fees, and the training needed to get there.

Anna has been vaulting for 9 years and has competed in all three vaulting events; individual, team, and pas de deux. Individually, Anna has been successful at a national level and competes in the Senior Women's 3* CVI division. She was named the 2011, 2012 and 2013 Zone Champion for the Gold level. She also has coached vaulting for 5 years, helping lead the Warm Beach B-team to earn the title of Reserve National Champions in 2012 and National Champions in 2013.

Having been vaulting for the short time 4 years, Daniel has proven to be a natural at the sport, scaling through the levels by leaps and bounds. In 2013, he was named the Men's Bronze National Champion and High Point winner, and also helped to win the title of B-team National Champions in the same year. Daniel qualified to compete internationally in the Senior Men's 3* CVI division within a year of competing internationally.
We would like to thank you for your time in reading our page and ask for your support by either donating or sharing with your friends and family. We look forward to the adventure ahead of us!
Sincerely,
Daniel and Anna
