My name is Johnathon Thompson. I have had type 1 diabetes since  I was 11 years old. I am now 32 and am in stage five kidney failure due to side effects of this crippling  disease. After a year of dialysis I am now on Oschner's Kidney and Pancreas Transplant List. I am unable to work at this point due to medical treatment. Anything will help to cover medical expenses post transplant of a kidney and pancreas.
