Rebuild Burned Nauwigewauk Barn

Story

A tragic fire destroyed a large barn full of cattle and equipment on the Bonney Family Farm. It has been a silent staple in our small community that was cultivated by a devoted farmer, Neil Bonney. Many of the local community enjoyed his farm's produce such as grass fed beef and pesticide-free berries. This farm was a generational passion, the barn was built in 1967 with all the family's efforts. After his father's passing, he was unable to afford the insurance on the barn, a proud farmer is now devastated by the loss . We hope with this funding we are able to clear the remaining site and rebuild a barn for future generations, to provide local food to surrounding communities.
