WE ARE STATE CHAMPIONS AND WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!!!
This year the LVHS Theatre Department will travel to the Southeastern Theatre Conference in Chattanooga, TN, for a National Level Competition. Their production, "The Trial of Ygor," a play drawn from one of the most recognizable stories in English literature, Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein," was written by Virginia playwright Brian Wrestler and is directed by Russ Staggs. Russ Staggs, the current Director of Theatre, along with various guest artists, continues to incorporate experience and mentorship to these young artists. WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Here's what you can do for the LVHS Theatre Department! Our greatest need is financial assistance. The cost of SETC grows as we need a bus, hotel rooms, and registration fees. We need to raise over$17,000 in order to go to this exceptional event.
