Support Lil Orphan Annie

Lil Orphan Annie was found starving on the side of the road near Dart Rail by Southwest HDQ. She is very timid, shy and very scared. She has been more than likely used for breeding and perhaps confined or chained. I took her immediately to my Vet and She had an upper respiratory infection when found and was extremely emaciated. We also believe she is deaf or mostly deaf and approximately 6 years old.  She had some nose trauma that has healed. She is gentle, kind and very loving. She has no signs or markings of fighting. She has came a long way in just a week but Unfortunately Annie has tested Heartworm Positive and will begin treatment next week. Her heartworm treatments are quite expensive..please help us help Annie! She needs a Fur-Ever home but first we must get her treatment for the Heartworms done. She is sooo beautiful. She is getting braver and more trusting every day. Such a sweet and loving dog already..PLEASE HELP US HELP HER! All donations will go to Annie's vet bills and care. Any excess funds will be donated to a rescue facility. Annie is being treated at my Personal Vet; 190 Animal Clinic.


*****UPDATE***** 1-27-18****  Annie is handling the treatment well so far.  She will be going back to the Dr in just a week to check her progress and continue treatment.    We need a HUGE PUSH for some funds to help this little girl with the costs.  I have 3 large dogs of my own, one which has a behavioral issues with agreession towards other dogs  and we need to get this girl WELL and into a safer and more equiped household that can give her what she needs.    **** PLEASE SHARE HER STORY and HELP me out*********     And THANK YOU to those who have been so kind to help as well as share her story!

2-12  NEW UPDATE!   Annie's check up went great. She is doing really well with the treatment so far. She goes back in 2 weeks again to treat the baby heartworms. She still needs a Foster ASAP.  AGAIN I am unable to keep this baby and she needs a safe place. PLEASE SHARE her story! We are still raising funds as she will need a more care.   Most importantly, she needs a HOME.
