My name is Luther Kozhevnikov. I'm a 19 year old transgender man who, after six years of being out and trying to get top surgery, finally has a date! I'm getting my mastectomy on July 6th.

Unfortunately, the battle to find health insurance is a hard one. My current insurance company only covers gender transition costs if the premium of $3,500 is paid, and if I can't cover that premium, I'll need to pay out-of-pocket. I'm also going to need to miss at least 2 weeks of work after the surgery and will have living expenses to cover during that time. If anyone's able to help out, I'd greatly appreciate it!
