Lupita Orozco Cancer Treatment

This GoFundMe is for my mom, Lupita Orozco. Lupe was rushed to the hospital September 19, 2023. We initially thought it had to do with her gallbladder, but found out much worse news. Lupita was diagnosed with Cancer in the colon. At this time, it is believed to be stage 4 cancer, and are still waiting to know if it has spread anywhere else. Since this diagnosis, we are prepping for her to start her chemotherapy. This will be a long battle, but my family and I would like to take off as much stress from her during this time.

Lupita has worked for Rockdale ISD for over 10 years. She has helped the ESL program for years and helped so many families along the way. She’s been a strong member at the Saint Joseph Catholic Church here in Rockdale. Throughout all of that, my mom has always been there for my sister and I. During this time, we want to be strong for our mom as she has always been for us. With that, Lupita has always been there for our community, and I know our community will be there for her.
