Hello family and friends, my name is Herman Romero and I am starting this Family Support fundraiser for my brother Lupe Ortiz Jr.. I do have the permission and blessings from his family to do so.
Lupe Ortiz Jr. was a very loved man and unfortunately has left us way to soon due to complications of being sick from COVID-19. He leaves behind an amazing Son, his Mom, Sister Victoria and Brother Marty. He was also going to be a Grandfather this coming February which he was so excited to be.
His 46 years on this earth was not long enough. Lupe was the kind of brother/man that could change your life even by just meeting him once. He had touched the hearts and minds of thousands. He truly had a heart of gold and was an angel walking amongst us. He gave words of encouragement, picked us up when we fell and never wavered in his love and kindness he gave so freely. He has helped so many through the years and never gave up on life and always pushed forward and helped others do the same. He also never asked for anything in return. When Lupe set his mind to accomplishing a task or goal he wouldn't stop till he did just that. As a teen and adult he always helped his community and those in need with open arms and extended his hand to his family, friends and strangers. Lupe will always be loved and missed by so many and his impact in life will last for generations.
This fundraiser is to help support the family he leaves behind. The funds raised will help with any expenses needed to lay him to rest and the balance will be going to his only son and grandson arriving this February. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated. On behalf of myself and his family we thank you.
